We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return goods, you first need to download this PDF, fill in the form and email it to order@exacta.se. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with a return label. Print the return label and attach it to your package. Mail the package.

If you do not collect your package in time it will automatically be sent back to our warehouse and you will have to pay the value of the order up to 25 EURO.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We can not accept returns purchased elsewhere than from www.idawargbeauty.com.

Products purchased from an authorized dealer of IDA WARG Beauty should primarily go through the actual store, do not forget to bring the receipt!

Please note that we do not have a "customer satisfaction guarantee". This means that we do not approve returns of products that you have used but that do not live up to your expectations.

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

In case of any allergies or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on the wrist) and wait for 24 hours to see if you get any reaction.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale products or gift cards. If you need further information regarding returns / complaints, please contact our customer service.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
